What to Donate and How to Prepare Your Items
Thinking about cleaning out your closet, garage, or kitchen? Donating to a thrift store is one of the best ways to declutter while helping your community.
What we accept: gently used clothing in all sizes, selected furniture (send us a photo on WhatsApp first and we'll confirm), working electronics, books and media, housewares and kitchen items, and unique vintage finds.
What we don't accept: sofas, couches, beds, mattresses and box springs, broken or heavily damaged items, stained or soiled clothing, recalled products, or hazardous materials. Other large furniture — dressers, armoires, cabinets — is case by case, so send a photo before you load it up.
How to prepare your items: Wash all clothing before donating. Make sure electronics are working and include chargers if possible. Clean housewares and remove any broken items. Bag or box items neatly for easy handling.
Drop-off is easy: bring your items to 46191 Yale Road, Chilliwack, any day during store hours. Park out front, or pull around to the back lot if the front is full — either entrance works, and our staff will come out and help you unload.
Can't make it to the store? We offer free donation pickup 7 days a week. Visit our Donate page to request a pickup — we'll come to you!
Every donor receives a 30% off coupon for their next purchase. It's our way of saying thank you for keeping great items in circulation.
