Our Services

Raba Thrift Store is a retail thrift store located in Chilliwack, British Columbia. Our website provides information about our store, products, and services, including the ability to:

• Browse our store categories and offerings
• Submit contact inquiries
• Schedule donation drop-offs or pickup requests
• Read our blog for thrifting tips and updates

Pricing and Products

All products sold in-store are secondhand items sold “as is” unless otherwise stated. Prices are set at the store's discretion and may change without notice. Product availability varies as our inventory changes daily. We do not offer online purchasing — all sales are completed in-store.

We Buy Clothes Program

We purchase gently used clothing at $0.50 per pound. We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet our quality standards. Items must be clean, free of damage, and in wearable condition. Pricing and acceptance criteria may change at our discretion.

Donations

We accept donations of clothing, small furniture, electronics, books, housewares, and vintage items in good condition. We reserve the right to refuse donations that do not meet our standards. Donation pickups are available on select weekdays and are subject to scheduling availability. Donors receive a 30% off coupon for their next in-store purchase.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of secondhand retail, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless required by applicable British Columbia consumer protection laws. We encourage customers to inspect all items carefully before purchase.
